Order Confirmation & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order for the given date/time (unless specified otherwise). Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining owed must be transferred before pick up, or cash on pick up. Full payment is also able to be paid upfront.
Cancellations
Cancelling you order will result in the loss of 50% deposit paid. If the cancellation is made within the 3 business days before order date, the full order payment is non-refundable
Pick up & Delivery
Pick up is from the Felicity address. Please bring someone with you to pick up cake orders. I always recommend having someone hold the cake for the journey. For other orders , you may get it delivered through Swiggy genie services
Damages
At Felicity, we will assist in ensuring your cake and other baked goods are in great condition and stored appropriately before pick up. We will also provide you with care instructions for your order. We take no responsibility for damages made after pick up or delivery.
Design
We do Simplistic cakes with minimal icing ,so entertaining custom designs would not be possible .However ,All cakes are uniquely made for you!
Allergies
We do understand the importance of allergies and only suitable ingredients will be used in your cupcakes. However we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination or traces of other non-suitable ingredients in our products. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
Please also be advised that there may be traces of nuts in products.
For all serious allergies I do NOT recommend ordering from felicity.
