In registering on this site, you agree to comply with its terms and conditions as set below and in continuing with using this site, you are making a legal agreement to comply with these terms.

Intellectual property rights

Any portion of the Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any personal/commercial purpose without a written consent of the Company. No part of the trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Company can be used. Any such unauthorized use can lead to legal action.

We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you products that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your product.  Thanks for trusting us to make a sweet memory for your unforgettable occasion

 

DESIGN

We do Simplistic cakes with minimal icing ,so entertaining custom designs would not be possible  .However ,All cakes are uniquely made for you!

Colors : Although we make every attempt to provide an exact color match, we cannot guarantee. Pictures of color swatches, cakes or dresses are not always true to color. 

 

FLAVORS

Our flavors changes seasonal. Also  flavours can be chosen from the FLAVOR tab on home page.

ALLERGIES

We do understand the importance of allergies and only suitable ingredients will be used in your products. However we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination or traces of other non-suitable ingredients in our products. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
Please also be advised that there may be traces of nuts in products.
For all serious allergies I do NOT recommend ordering from felicity.

DESIGN VARIATIONS

Although we make every attempt to provide an exact design and to match colors, custom cakes are a work of art. It may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color, but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations.  Also be aware the exposure to light  and temperature can cause colors to change. We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a color is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting.  or temperature vriables .

PRICING

All prices are non-negotiable.

 

ORDERING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made

 

 

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Cancellations can be made only upto  60 min of placing an order.Any cancellations must be made in writing and will result in a Store Credit ONLY.​ We can not accept modifications after order is placed. 

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any of the cakes that are sold.

CARE AND HANDLING

We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after pick-up. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of Felicity.

 

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION

Felicity takes pride on baking  its products  fresh so we know exactly what goes into them and with no additives or preservatives. We are therefore unable to make a warranty as to the length of time for which the baked good will remain fit for consumption. We do however recommend our cakes /pies/muffins are best eaten within 24 hours from pick up but they can be chilled for up to 2-3 days. All cakes need to be stored in the refrigerator until served. 

 

THIRD PARTY PICK-UP

If a third party will be collecting the cake on the Customer’s behalf or taking responsibility for the cake when delivered, this party will be given all appropriate information that would have been given to the customer. Same conditions apply as if the customer were to collect the cake themselves.  Felicity is not liable for damage due to third party negligence or improper handling once the product has been picked up or delivered.


DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding..Delivery may take longer due to:

·Bad weather  or Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates..

For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once.

In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

·Wrong shipping/delivery address.

·Recipient not available.

·Premises locked.

·Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

 

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery,

the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

 

DAMAGES

Felicity assumes no liability or responsibility after the order leaves our kitchen for pick up.

We are not responsible for any damage to the cake/decorations after pickup has been completed. 

If you are providing your own transportation please make sure you can transport your product safely; once a product leaves our bakery customers accept all responsibility for the transport of the product  to its location. We cannot give refunds if there is a mishap during transportation.

 

REFUND POLICY

Felicity will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake/product has been picked up and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Felicity provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered. 

PHOTOGRAPHS AND MARKETING

We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

 

PAYMENT OF YOUR DEPOSIT IS CONSIDERED AN AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS. T’S & C’S ARE SUBJECT

 TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
